yeah, I'm still working on it. theres something wrong with the database and setup of the files. I am unable to create anything ATM. Will try to get this fixed by months end.

Really glad I found this site, but I have one suggestion that I wish you would adopt. I'm one of the "new" touchpad owners, and I notice when visiting the area for apps and games, people always post updates to software in the original thread. This makes it very difficult to be able to tell that there is an update. Also, it makes it so that to find updates, you have to continually visit the original thread and start poking around to see if an update has been uploaded by anyone.

I think it would be much better if either, a) you start a new thread for an update, or b) you change the title of the thread indicating the latest version available with it saying something like "(updated + new date)" in the title.

This would make for alot less wear and tear on your website (since we wouldn't have to keep visiting old threads over and over to check for updates), and would make it much easier for users to locate updated versions of files.

I was wondering if we could possibly make a thank you points based system for apps.

I figure we should post all apps with the filesonic account so the site could get some money and after 3 days or so allow mirrors to be used. We can give the file to a moderator/admin through PM.
Then the person can host the file. I have no idea how much u guys make per download, but I was thinking maybe 100 thanks = 1 dollar app you get to choose in the future, 200 thanks = $2 etc? (of course you can adjust the points to how much you guys make)

I think this will also help people become friendlier and more helpful around the forums. If people start thanking too much, you can always adjust the # points per $ amounts.

I always update my thread title with the version that is in the OP. As for the other thread OPs I am not sure. I know most do. And if there is something like this you can always report the post and someone will look at it to change the title.
