You probably need to enable alpha feeds in preware.

Did it direct you to this page? http://www.webos-internals.org/wiki/Testing_Feeds
Go to that website and follow the directions for enabling alpha feeds. In order to gain access to the command line from your TouchPad, you'll need to install XECUTAH from preware. It will tell you that you need to download XTERM and a couple other things. Do it. Now, when you start XECUTAH and get the command line, you will want to type in exactly what it says in the light blue box on that website under Enabling the Alpha Testing Feeds. There are two separate lines. So, type the first one, hit enter, then type the second one, then hit enter again. Then you can exit XECUTAH, and reinstall Preware from your computer. You can also gain access to the command line from webOS quickinstall on your computer. Hope this helps.Don't forget to hit THANKS!
