How do I get HP Apps from my touch pad to this site?

hello all.....i just want to say i love this site. Many thanks to everyone who posted Apps on here. I would like to add some that I have bought, and post them on here, but i have no clue on how to get started. Is there a link that gives instructions on how to get the apps from the Touchpad to this site?
