I believe licensing to some OEMs will be in the future. With all the fire sales, more users will try webOS out and IMO will enjoy the experience.

I agree. I really have enjoyed using Webos since picking up my 32gb touchpad for $149.99

full hardware compatibility with next update, and then porting some of the QNX interface gigs on webos and then you can forget about Android

Google acquires webOS and makes some wonderful hybrid with the best features of both webOS and Android. Never going to happen, but a man can dream.
