Thread: Couldn't install Audubon Birds

I got the Audubon Birds by using the promo code, but after downloading, it always failed installing. I tried resume/redownloading several times but still got faied. Could that because my WebOS is still 3.0.0?

i have 3.0.2 and i can't either...it either says download failed or install failed! i don't even know why it keeps trying to download it again and again!

could be a glitch, you can try using the Audubon app found in the webOS applications section here. And install it from PC or Preware. You will get the App, and if you did purchase it with the promo, all updates should work in the future.

otherwise I think the promo expired.

in my experience, installing takes FOREVER....like an hour or more.

This. its fricken huge. failed on me twice before it worked. sounds like op's experience is par for the course.
