Thread: HELP PLEASE TOUCHPAD NOT WORKING RIGHT ?!?!?!

OK, so this is whats happening:

- Tried to open preware, and the card for preware pops up, starts to flash like it is loading but never loads.
- Tried to open some other apps, like spot the difference, and get the same problem, card pops up but never loads
- Other things like Govnah give me the same problem all I get is the card with the flashing icon, but it never loads.

I have tried to reinstall preware, no luck still get the same problem

Not sure what the problem is, wonder if anyone has ever run into this problem, not sure what to do next apart from a total wipe with the doctor.

Of note I recently installed the new version of preware, but it did load up right after the install earlier today, than later in the day preware and wack load of other apps stopped loading. Also, this is not the case with all apps/games, most will continue to load and I have no other problems apart from Preware and Govnah and a couple other apps not load.

Did you try rebooting your touchpad? If not, try that. First thing to try is to reboot. If the press and hold power button menu is not working, press center and power for about 15 sec. Until you see the HP logo.

Is it all homebrew apps won't load or all of them?

no have tried everything short of webOS doctor... Luna restarts, device restart, uninstall and reinstall apps, hard restart etc... . Its not just homebrew apps that are not working its everything that displays or relies on internal settings , I can't even open DEVICE INFO from my settings tab.... I give up for now,, not quite bricked up yet lol and I don't want to wipe everything cuz I will lose my saved games so just going to wait it out for now until new build of webOS comes out than will doctor it and hope it works
