I really appreciate here the IT Gurus, who helping us non-IT people.....
I am looking for the function in pdf patch, that allow me to comment or highlight the pdf text...Is there any solution?

If using this now as an eReader to read books in PDF format, what do I do about the screen off? Should I just set the global screen off setting on my Touchpad to like 5 minutes? I had it at 1-2 mins and I noticed it dimming and going off sometimes prior to getting to the bottom of the page. There was some special screen off control in the Kindle app, right?
