snes rom donkey kong country

is anybody else having problems getting donkey kong country to play via snes emulator all the other games have worked super mario work mario cart and mario allstars when i try to play donkey kong i get a message after u get through a few screens that says this product will not operate when connected to a device that makes unauthorized copies any body have any ideas how to get this to work or is this one game that just wont work ive downloaded 2 different copies of the rom and getting the same message

the emulator itself is a free app in the hp catalog u can just download right from your touchpad

This is a limitation within the SuperSNES emulator itself. DKC requires additional emulation of hardware to fool the game. By nature. DKC2, DKC3, and Earthbound would also require this. See the app catalog description for further clarification.

thats not true because i have dk2 and dk3 and they both work fine

i'm having a few issues with my touchpad running the games. could someone help me out? i did google this.. and used this video as a basis to work off of.

so when i click on SuperNES, i'm able to get a list like that video shows, but when i click on any of the games, i get sent back to the homepage, as if i just closed all of the cards.

i did make a folder titled nes, and in that folder, i have two more folders.. roms and skins. i did get the roms from the info provided in that youtube video, but just can't get them to play. any ideas?
