Any way to display TP's screen on HDTV
Would love to know if there is any way of displaying the screen of TP on HDTV via hdmi or anyother means using say like a mini usb connector which provides power via household socket.
Something similar to this:

However Im not sure about the legitimacy of the website, so dont hold me responsible if you get scammed.
Or can you stream it to tv somehow, I have a LG 50" 3D 50PZ550T i think or some similar model.
thnx :]

There is now way to get the HDMI signal through a USB connection. HDMI connectors/cables have many more positions in them that are needed to transfer the signal. The only hope you have is setting up some sort of wireless connection, but I don't believe the USB connector on the t-pad is compatible with any of the wireless transmitters available.

Ohh well, I cant think of any other way as well. I read somewhere that the TP's usb connection port does not provide sufficient power, which is why a cable like the one on the link will not work, i think... When ICS (android) is fully stable, would there be a possibility of using some app on android to allow video out?
Someone on another forum mentioned that the TouchPad touchstone charger has some video out capability, is this true?

I have the touchstone charger, and there is no external connection except for the USB connection. This is strictly for power, as there are no electronics in the charger that would process a video signal. There is no way to get video from the charger.
With that said, USB only has 4 wires --- 2 for power, and 2 for data. Video needs at least 3 connections, and that is for low resolution. HDMI requires even more connections than a USB cable is able to provide. USB 3.0 will be different, but that is a whole other topic.
Even with Android installed you need more than software to make a video connection. The only way to get video out of anything electronic is do it wirelessly, or you need a connector/cable connection.
