F4(1.836GHz) overclock file (3.0.4.82) and WarthogKernel (1.726GHz)l (3.0.4.83)file are in the beta feeds preware for use.

can i installed uberkernel and a 1.7ghz kernel and switch between the two?

I tried to add the beta feeds, but I got prompted about running some linux commands. Is there a new method?

edit: it worked. anyway, what do you guys feel in the best kernal for the latest update?

Looks like they removed the F15C kernel, I'm stuck at 1.5ghz. Is there any other way to get the F15C kernel? Or can someone just upload it? This is why I hate linux and cloud computing, the provider can just delete some very useful feature if they feel like it. If I understand this right, the kernel is like a firmware for the Touchpad right? So if someone were to upload that kernel and I can just install it? It's not some cloud bs right? Thanks in advance.

I'm having trouble trying to get f15c eagle kernal, when i try to add the webos-kernels-testing/preware-is-awesome feed i get a error saying that it is obselete. What can i do?

You can still get UberKernel by just installing Preware and going to the Kernel section. The speed difference is not worth the battery usage.

to 1.5ghz, it wouldn't hurt at all.

just overclocked to 1.5 ghz

just about all touchpads should hit 1.8GHz with no problem.

(helps greatly when it comes to browser performance and application launch speeds)

I wonder what happened to the 1.9GHz (were too many touchpads unable to hit it, or did it require too much voltage? )

It's been a while since I messed with Govnah and UberKernel, but I had to double-check them when I updated to 3.0.5. What profile do I use to get it up to 1.5 Ghz?


Edit: Nevermind, I think I figured it out. I must have overclocked to 1.7

I updated to 3.0.5 & managed to install UberKernel after a few error logs but Govnah only shows 1.18Ghz. How do I get it back to 1.5Ghz when in 3.0.4?

Ok newb question but what is a lithium test? I just opened Govnah and changed the ghz speed from the drop down to 1.5 something and thats all i did.....should I do anything else? I did notice its running faster and smoother now.
