Thread: Headset for HP devices especialy Veer 4G

Dear fellows,

I need a perfect sound quality headset (with the microphone) for my veer. Already got a normal 3.5 earphone set. its not good in quality.
Do anybody uses or know a perfect sound quality headset for veer or any other HP devices? Like iPhone headset.

I use Creative earphones with palms for a long time. I say that:
- the best option is 'noise isolating earphones' (I was able to use 30% volume instead of 100% listening to audiobooks in trains);
- my first model was Creative EP-630. They are perfect for Tungsten|C while this palm has got no basses at all;
- I'm using Creative EP-630i with Pre3, I think they have good sound quality and reasonable price.
I did test with Veer. While EP-630i works fine with Pres and Touchpad there is one problem with Veer. I was unable to receive calls nor change tracks nor pause/start tracks. Sound is OK, but because of Veer earphone adapter microphone switch doesn't work. I'll try to check one more iphone like earphones.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I'm gonna stick with Creative EP-630i. Need to check prices through eBay.

Did anybody check the veer or palm device with iPhone headset?
-Hows the quality?
-Can receive and hangup calls via button?

I'm using iPhone compatible Creative's headsets (EP-630i). I can receive, hangup calls, pause and change tracks.
Have no original iPhone ones so can't compare nor check.

I have been using the samsung EHS71 headset for jamming out with my veer. I have handled a few calls with it too, but the inline buttons don't do jack. But it can handle the call easily and clearly enough. They sound awesome too with music and calls.
