Thread: Losing to much sleep trying to tweak new Touchpad - Like a kid in a candy store!

So after overhearing a coworker say something about selling some electronic sometg or another on eBay, I had to ask what it was she was selling. Because, of course, I would probably NEED whatever it was she was selling. Come to find out, I DID need wha she was selling - the HP TouchPad 32G along with all the accessories. Reason she was selling it is - the company we work for didn't support international travel and the use of the TouchPad. Too bad for her, too great for me.



Anyway, I am a Technical Writer and Development Test Engineering Documentation Manager at an aerospace company. So being GEEKED-OUT comes naturally for me. Since I already have a Samsung Infuse - which has an extra large screen - when the guys saw me with my new toy they said, "Oh, look, she got another new phone"! I thought it was funny.....

I look forward to learning the ins and outs of getting the most out of the TouchPad and being able to synch it to my Infuse and PC (Windows 7). I also just read something about being able to stream photos to my PS3 - another new buy (this past Christmas). It was time to update from the Nintendo 64 and Super Nintendo that my grown kids currently use.

I have already read about installing a program CyanogenMod7 so I can have a dual OS and something that suppoorts all the android apps I currently use on my Infuse. (Hope this is a good idea but will research prior to implementation.)

Ok, enough about me. I am off to the forums to see what I can discover. I look forward to learning and contributing in every way possible.
