yes i got the straight talk sim card working on the palm pre and i works like a charm and there one thing you need to do is set up your data on the pre is go to phone and preferences and change apn iternet to att.mvno username proxy.mvno.tracfone.com:80 and than mms apn put att.mvno not sure for user and pass mms properties http://mmsc.cingular.com than mms proxy wireless.cingular.com:80 max size 600 and thats it your all set to go

its much cheaper and i dont like to pay alot so threw so many phones and so many survice i finlly found the cheapest and can us smart phone as well i dont know much but i know a little bit of cell phones i usta steal peoples min on verizon phones and use them i know its bad but i dont think they stop the loop hole in them yet but im never gonna do that again cuz i feel bad about the people that i do it to and i dont want people doing it to me. and i know how to clone cell phones well the old nokia phones and i just got into hacking the android phones not too long ago. installing roms and what not. but i like the palm its rally not a bad phone im still trying new things with it like puting hombrew on it that was easy lol and im looking around on how to install dif roms if theres any or kernels but yea i love new information iv ben doing this since i was 13 and now im 28 i looooooovvvvve technology

i paid 445 and it was factory unlocked no logos no att logos and i only pay 45 bucks unlimited every thing but just be careful of tethering cuz if you go over 5gb than they shut your data off but other than that its nice

TouchPad is currently going for $499.99 and if you purchased an old Palm Pre you get it for $450.

you go to the webOS applications section and download the IPK. afterwards you can use WQI(webOS quick install) to install from computer or put the IPK file in your phone and use preware to install it.
