Thread: My preware mods on my overclocked TP

So, this thread is for you guys and dolls to say what you've installed, and if not obvious, why you've done it!! I'm interested to see if anyone's had any negative effects from any of the below...

I'll start:

remove dropped packet logging - helped make youtube a bit smoother
Advanced reset options - adds more options to long power button press
Faster card animations HYPER - increases performance of transitions and menus
Make it so - just renames "just type...". I'm a trekkie, so shoot me lol
Increase Touch Sensitivity And Smoothness 10 - I'm still playing, but makse things a bit smoother on scrolling
Max Blocker - ad removal app. I haven't done it but heard some great things. *warning* do not use with ad blocker at the same time!
Remove Dropped Packet Logging - less logging, it's all good
Unthrottle Download Manager - not done much DLing but installed anyway just in case it helps speed up DLs
Private browsing - pr0n mode!
Just charge by default - useful if you never really transfer pics or data to your device, it removes the popup
Muffle system logging - again, removes more logging crap


I'd be interested in what others think of the following that I'm tempted to install:
EOM Overlord Monitoring (This kills the processes that uploads log files to Palm)
Unset CFQ IO Scheduler - may only be for experimental feeds?
Quiet powerd Messages
Remove tap ripple - apparently smothes things even more for responsiveness?
Hulu fix (doesn't bother me as I'm not in the US)




Finally, has anyone used the free 50gb box.net offer, and can you send up all your dodgy ipks safely?
