How do I rename an app?

Just bought Glimpse on 80% off deal, but it has a stupid long name as an app. How do I rename an app to something else?

really? it only shows Glimpse for me. maybe when they update it.

How odd, rebooted and then got shorter name. Anyway, would still like to know how to change app name.

Hi there!!!

1.- Well, the first that you need is to have Internalz installed in your Pre. Then you need to go to the next folders:

a) /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/applications ---> There're the applications you have installed.
b) /usr/palm/applications ---> There're the default app's of your Pre.

2.- So, you need to open the file named "appinfo.json". *** All the application's folders has it's own file with the same name!!!
3.- Then, change the name writed in the title's row.
4.- Save your changes.
5.- Once you've finish, restart Luna or make a complete reset of your device (whatever...it doesn't matter).

There you go.....that's all you need to do!!!
