does anyone knows how to hide a non paid app from Hp Catalogue update
whenever i have a non paid older app or game Hp Catalogue will try to do an update, if it does update, an exclamation mark on now a non working app and a fail note will appear until the app or game is deleted . is there a script or patch that stops Hp from searching non paid app to try to update them specifically.

you can not update a nonpaid app..simple as that
as far as I know you can chose not to update the games and just ignore the update request

You don't have to delete the app. Just tap the triangle and choose the don't download button. It will go back to normal.
